"I don't need to compromise my principles, because they don't have the slightest bearing on what happens to me anyway."-Calvin

I love this comment and I believe all of us have had times when we felt this way.

Life is made of choices and chances.
More than personal choice there is always the aspect of chance which leads the way!!!
All of us have has instances where there was very little personal choice and more of a chance that led to an outcome. As you keep battling out things in life you sooner or later find it evident that though your choices win the battle the chances are the determinants of the war.

I walk into a room Just as cool as you please, And to a man, The fellows stand or Fall down on their knees. Then they swarm around me, A hive of honey bees. I say, It's the fire in my eyes, And the flash of my teeth, The swing in my waist, And the joy in my feet. I'm a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, That's me. Men themselves have wondered What they see in me. They try so much But they can't touch My inner mystery. When I try to show them They say they still can't see. I say, It's in the arch of my back, The sun of my smile, The ride of my breasts, The grace of my style. I'm a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal...

My hobby

Hidden by layers of books, Beneath the shelves, Lay a forgotten hobby of mine- As I blow out the dusty cover, Preserved are the strings of joy; Reminding me of a forgotten promise- The promise to pursue this hobby!
